The American Academy of Pediatrics issued new guidelines for children and car seats. The new guidelines urge parents to keep children in rear facing car seats for a longer time. They also contain recommendations for older children. You can access that story from the "Children's Health" Section or the "A-Z Topics" list of your health library.

The Pregnancy Resource Center of our online health library has a wealth of information about pregnancy, including Cervical Insufficiency, Preterm Labor and Placental Complications.
